Amoskeag Captain’s Report (5/18/2013)

Amoskeag 40 Grey 20   We played a great game of rugby against an excellent Amoskeag side.  We had seventeen players including Derek from the Hounds and Brad a Fullback.  These players helped to make the match competitive.  Thanks to Santiago and Kevin Mac for filling in at wing.  We scored four tries and they scored six with five conversions.  Chris Reed did a superb job reffing.  He talked to the players and the match flowed with a lot of ball movement from end to end.  Unfortunately a few times we turned the ball over Amoskeag turned it into a sixty or seventy meter score. ...

South Shore Captain’s Report (4/27/2013)

South Shore 29 Grey 18 We traveled for an away match for the fifth time in six weeks. The simple fact that we can field a competitive side every week is a tribute to the commitment that everyone has made this season. The twenty players this week played with a lot of heart and unfortunately ran out of gas in the second half. We started the match playing in their end and got a penalty kick seven minutes into the match. They broke a long run for a try to go up 7-3. We scored two tries and another penalty kick in the first half for our eighteen points. Rene Abdalah and Kirk Perruccio scored...
